Things I saw today…

I saw two interesting things today. A very rare G-Wagen (I think only a dozen or so of this type were ever built), and two very rich and powerful men going for a stroll through the food court I was having lunch in.

It’s not just the green roof of Microsoft’s re It’s not just the green roof of Microsoft’s recently rebuilt Silicon Valley Campus that is stunning! The interiors are also pretty, pretty, pretty good!

Well except that they got rid of all the closed offices and have gone for all open plan workstations. When I worked at this campus (2000 to 2003), every engineer had their own closed office.
